High School Physics Teacher

With a physics degree as a teacher in school? Isn't that dull? At school, no two years are the same. It's totally exciting to see how young people's potential develops. How sixth graders get excited about physical phenomena and how high school students get involved in complex issues. School is an extremely important juncture in the life course, to which students respond sensitively. This is where every investment pays off. In the STEM field in particular, a great deal is developing that needs to be shaped: digitization, major developments that are changing the world, technical innovations. The subject of physics in particular must prepare students for this. That is anything but easy, but an exciting and challenging task. That's what I like to work on!
